Life can begin anew as we come face to face with our own mortality.

In seeing our vulnerability we can also feel a renewed energy and pledge it to the evolution of authentic nature. The questions we are asking have changed. The way we listen and what we hear have changed. The terrain is suddenly unfamiliar and the maps obsolete. At this threshold, there is confusion and liberation, certainty and doubt, loss and gain... and boundless possibility.

These four days and nights in and around the cob house, in the beautiful Groot Winterhoek mountains will be for those over 50 who will bring their stories of the first half of life and their dreamings into the second half, and together we will remember what we promised ourselves and how we will embrace what lies before us.
